8 Months!

Didn't it just seem like Cooper was 7 months old?!  Well this month has brought about a HUGE change in Mr. Cooper.  Once he learned to crawl I decided that it feels like I no longer have a baby, but a toddler in our house!  It didn't help that his top 2 front teeth came in.  I love that big ole toothy smile, but he looks so big and old with them!!!  He is into EVERYTHING and goes EVERYWHERE now that he is mobile.  His curiosity is endless.  A favorite thing he discovered was door stoppers.  As my last post told you, he started to crawl on Jan.13 and by Jan. 17 he was going from a sit to stand position.  He seems destined to walk, but hopefully that's still a little ways away.

Our photo sessions are getting increasingly difficult!  The only way he would sit still was if I let him play with the sign!  It's bothering my OCD, but Cooper is doing a good job making me let things go :)

At 8 Months Cooper is:
Sleeping through the night most nights!  Wow! We got rid of that bottle he used to take in the middle of the night.  I secretly miss the sweet snuggles that used to occur during the feeding, but we are enjoying some rest instead.  He sleeps an average of 12 hours at night, usually about 6:30pm-6:30 or 7 am.
taking 2 naps/day.  One around 9-9:30 and second one in early afternoon 1:30-2pm.  Naps are usually at least an hour in length.  He still takes some short naps if one nap is longer than usual.  I'll take it!
He has FOUR teeth and loves to show them off! His smile makes my days complete
eating solids (purees) 3x/day and has 4-5 bottles ranging from 4-6 oz
Wears size 3 diapers and size 9 month clothes
His BFFs are Wilson and Daddy
