A Baby Girl

Words can't fully express the joy we felt at our reveal party when we found out we were having a baby GIRL!  Sure we would have totally loved another little boy but our hearts were definitely yearning or a sweet little girl to join our family.  I didn't really think that it would work out the way I wanted it to, so when it all came together I couldn't help but tear up.  Cooper was happy too, he just got overwhelmed when everyone was shouting and cheering.

I actually had my gender ultrasound on a Friday (at 16 weeks) but I waited til that Sunday to open the envelope with the big results.  It took all of my will power not to look at the screen in that ultrasound when the tech was searching for the gender!  Or to open the envelope!

We had a gender reveal party at my parents house with Scott's family and my family all there to help us celebrate.  We wore pink and luckily it worked out in our favor!  We can't wait to meet baby Girl Wilkinson.
